I grew up on Long Island and I was not super wealthy. Growing up my sister and i were jealous of the cat because we thought it was unfair that she got to eat meat every day while we were getting by on bread and stolen* government cheese and peanut butter until my mom got paid.

*Yeah, we stole the free stuff. We were poor and dumb.
