Stamps.com commercial just said “there’s nothing worse than standing in line at the post office.” I disagree and submit for your consideration: digital rectal exams.

I submit: dental surgery, mammograms (OWW), and sigmoidoscopy.

Now imagine doing all of those things while standing in line at the post office. You have to admit that the Stamps.com people have a point.
