What you’re looking at here is a picture of my new couch in my living room.This may seem like a minor thing but it’s the first couch I will own that didn’t belong to someone else first.
Nearly six years ago I overdrew my checking account in order to meet Nina for a drink. The day before got married we had a combined total of $60 and one job between us. Today, after a million small decisions and a lot of hard work we can spend tonight being the first butts on this couch.
We look forward to having your butt on it someday.
*This is normally a bad financial move but since she and I married six months later I stand by it.
