This is my friend Monica’s dog Carter. Monica was the dog trainer at my dog’s daycare before she moved to Texas and I got to meet Carter during my dog’s training. He is the sweetest, happiest dog. Unfortunately, Carter’s knee is in bad shape. From his ChipIn:
